Ajman Governments remarkable participation at Gitex 2019

The Government of Ajman concluded its successful participation in GITEX Technology Week 2019, which was held at the Dubai World Trade Center from 6 to 10 October. The pavilion included 12 government entities, witnessed the launch of 22 innovative digital services and new applications,  the signing of 8 cooperation agreements to facilitate the process of digital transformation in Ajman

“We are delighted with the great success of the Ajman Government pavilion at GITEX Technology Week, in terms of service leadership, project strength and at the organization level,” said H.E Ohoud Shehail, Director General of Ajman Digital Government. It embodies the vision of the Emirate of Ajman to achieve the happiness of its citizens and residents.

Her Excellency pointed out that the Ajman government pavilion during this year has achieved qualitative transitions, not only by the services offered, but by attracting and engaging the public with more than 25 workshops presented by a group of creative, influential and inspiring experts. Strategic agreements wer signed with prestigious international institutions to mutually work towards digital transformation.  Leading services were launched aimed at serving the users and facilitating their ease and comfort in a secure environment.

At the national level, most notably, the "Beit Amer" service app was launched. It is the first of its kind in the country, and aims to ease the experience of customers in the construction of their homes and moving into it by reducing the number of construction and transitional steps from 14 to 3 major steps.

H.E Shehail and the directors of all participating departments within the Ajman government pavilion mutually agree that that the success achieved was the result of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council of the UAE and Ruler of Ajman, and with the unrelenting support of His Highness Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council.

Amongst the guests that visited the pavilion were Royals, VIP guests, official dignitaries from both local and international entities and institutions that have contributed to inspiring and engaging the

Ajman Digital Government honored its strategic partners from local and international companies and institutions that contributed to the success of the events during the exhibition days.
