RAMALLAH - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global) is joining as partner with both : the Mamdouh & Jamila Saidam Institution for Creativity and Development, and AlNayzak Organization for Scientific Innovation. HE Dr. Sabri Saidam, chairman of Al Nayzak and founder of the Digital Academy for Scientific Innovation, announced the launch of the Academy and the opening of registration for the first of its kind institution in Palestine.

The contribution of TAG.Global in establishing the Academy crystallizes the scientific and practical partnership between the parties, and comes as an implementation of the directives of HE Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of TAG.Global, in providing all required services to the Palestinian people in general and the youth in particular.

Establishing the Academy aims to set up a licensed professional center that offers a professional diploma in Artificial Intelligence (AI), in two major disciplines: the Internet of Things (IoT) and the Machine Learning; both will be certified by the Palestinian Ministry of Labor and other partner institutions.

The Digital Academy for Scientific Innovation strives to meet the needs of the society, specifically the innovative and distinguished graduates. It will also enable the Palestinian and Arab students wherever they are to apply and obtain a certificate that guarantees their better engagement with the labor market; noting that it will adopt both blended and distance learning systems. Moreover, it will encourage students to create scientific prototypes and models as one of the requirement for graduation.

Passion for science, technology and innovation is one of the main requirements for admission into the Academy, in addition to high school (12th Grade) certificate, passing the admission exam and an individual interview of the applicant.

During the one full academic year, students will receive theoretical and practical courses by professors and trainers with extensive academic, practical and

training experience, who will also guide students to develop innovative designs and prototypes, and empower them to develop their own projects.

It is worth mentioning that the Digital Academy for Scientific Innovation is a non-profit institution that provides scholarships to children of the Palestinian martyrs and prisoners, given that they pay only nominal tuition fees to be refunded after graduation. It will also offer attractive scholarships to students enrolling in the first year that would reach up to 65%
