Riyadh –Mubasher: The shareholders of SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company approved a cash dividend distribution of SAR 892.7 million for the full year 2020, according to a disclosure to Tadawul on Monday.
The equityholders nodded to 10% of the capital as dividends or SAR 1 per share, totalling SAR 416.66 million, for the first half (H1) of 2020.
They also gave the green light for the board’s recommendation of distributing SAR 476.03 million as dividends for H2-20. This stands at SAR 1 a share or 10% of the share’s par value.
Eligible stakeholders will receive the H2-20 dividends as of 25 April.
SABIC Agri-Nutrients is formerly known as the Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company (SAFCO), prior to the rebranding earlier this year.
