ArabFinance: Egyptian Stock Exchange's (EGX) listing committee announced removing the Arabia Investment Holding’s (AIH) (AIH_R2) right issue by the end of Thursday, Oct. 17, trading session.

AIH's capital increase subscription started on Sept. 23 to be ended Oct. 22, however, the rights started Sept. 23 to be ended on Oct. 17, 2019.

The Ordinary General Assembly (OGM) approved on Aug 04, 2019, increasing paid-up and issued capital from EGP 144 million to EGP 432.5 million, by an increase amounting to EGP 288 million.

The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) approved publishing Arabia Investment Holding’s invitation for existing shareholders to subscribe to the capital increase shares.

The capital increase will be distributed over 961,112,434 shares at par value of EGP0.30 per share with issuance expenses EGP 0.14.

The Shareholders recorded on September 18, 2019, are entitled to participate in the capital increase by 200% of their shares in the company's capital before the increase.
