ALGIERS - Algerian Energy Minister Mohamed Arkab on Sunday urged oil producesr to agree a massive and immediate oil production reduction at a meeting scheduled for Thursday, Algeria's energy ministry said.
"Algeria calls on all producers to seize the opprtunity of the meeting to reach an agreement on a production cut which is massive and immediate," he said in a ministry statement.
