AJMAN- The 8th edition of the Ajman International Education and Training Exhibition (AETEX) will be held virtually in cooperation with the Ministry of Education on 27th and 28th April, with the participation of prominent higher education institutions.

Announcing the exhibition, Nasser Al Dhafri, Executive Director of Communication and Members Support at Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) and Head of the Organising Committee, said, "As a virtual event, AETEX-2021 will provide its visitors with several advantages due to its reliance on modern technologies.

It will allow a smart interactive platform that enables visitors, students, parents and those looking to continue their studies from inside and outside the country, to explore the available educational opportunities and the most prominent academic disciplines, programmes and postgraduate studies on a big list of higher education institutions in the country," Al Dhafri said.

He continued to say that the virtual edition of AETEX has a particular importance this year, as it confirms the event's continuity and affirms its role as a reflection of the great development taking place in the educational sector in the UAE.

"The exhibition also strengthens its main role in linking students and higher education institutions, and opening horizons for cooperation among the exhibitors. It further highlights the latest educational tools and means, especially in light of the consequences of the corona pandemic on the global educational sector," he added.

Al Dhafri also praised the effective cooperation with the Ministry of Education in the organisation of AETEX annually to continue its role as a link between the higher education institutions and students, and as an opportunity to learn about the available programmes and disciplines, admission mechanisms, educational fees, scholarships, and others.
