Amman: Carrefour, operated in Jordan by Majid Al Futtaim, today launched MyCLUB, one of the most digitally innovative rewards programmes in the Hashemite Kingdom.

Carrefour MyCLUB is a free, digital rewards programme, allowing registered customers to earn points on select purchases and upon accumulating 100 points, can redeem them for a digital voucher with an in-store value of 10 JOD. Additionally, registered users have access to exclusive MyCLUB discounts and offers, making it one of the most attractive value-add programmes in the region.

Customers can register for the MyCLUB programme via the new Carrefour mobile application, which is available to download for free on both Android and iOS platforms. Each registered customer will be provided with a unique, digital barcode within the app, which is scanned during checkout to collect points and discounts. Family accounts are also available, which allow families to earn points collectively based on their shopping behaviour.

Alain Enjalbert, Country Manager for Carrefour Jordan at Majid Al Futaim Retail said: “MyCLUB is an innovative loyalty programme, that provide customers with cashback on their purchases through a points collection system, creating more great moments for our loyal customers. This offering will serve our customers like no other loyalty programme available in the country. It is also worth mentioning that this programme comes in addition to our current best price strategy and not as a substitute”.

The Carrefour mobile application is available for download now on both Android’s Google Play, and the Apple Store. Carrefour will have dedicated promoters and free Wi-Fi across its stores in Jordan to assist customers in downloading and registering their accounts during their shopping journey.
