UAE COVID-19 vaccine: 90% of LuLu staff receive jab

So far, 90 per cent of the group’s employees had already received the first dose of the vaccine while 40 per cent had been fully vaccinated. LuLu is targeting to get its entire workforce inoculated by the end of the week.

“This initiative is part of our goal to make all our retail and business establishments Covid-free for the health and safety of our shoppers and employees,” said an official from the group.

To make the whole process easy and hassle-free, the group established the vaccination centres from December onwards, with the help of leading healthcare organisations and medical professionals. Today, it now has 12 such centres across at its office premises and staff accommodation compounds across the country.

This is why we launched a drive to vaccinate all our staff and management team led by our chairman, Yusuffali MA, who was among the first few to get vaccinated, setting an example for the rest of the organisation.
