ArabFinance: The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) assigns Giza General Contracting (GGCC) to construct 192 luxurious residential units of Janna project's first phase in Mallawy El Gadida.
The company said in a statement sent to the Egyptian exchange that the total value of the construction works amounted to EGP 92,187,300.
The execution of the project will be finalized within 12 months, starting from the date of the site handing over which was set as a maximum of one month from the assignation date.
