Leading developer MAG Group is set to break ground on the Phase Two and Three of MAG City, a key project coming up within Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City at the Meydan District 7 in Dubai.

Located close to both Dubai International Airport, Downtown Dubai, DIFC and Dubai Creek Harbour, the prime development features 5,100 housing units comprising studios, one and two-bedroom apartments as well as 694 units comprising two- three- and four-bedroom townhouses.

China National Chemical Engineering Group Company (CNCEC) was recently awarded the contract for the construction of the first phase of MAG City.

MAG Holding Group said during the groundbreaking ceremony, it will also award the construction contract for the MAG Creek, a unique gated community spanning over 898,786 sq ft and covering 550 m of the Dubai Creek waterfront.

The development is strategically situated adjacent to the Ras Al Khor Flamingo Wildlife Sanctuary and only 4.5 km away from the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai.

MAG Creek includes a worldcare wellness centre that spans over 120,000 sq ft, making it the largest wellness centre in the world.

The community also includes a luxurious 96-room worldcare wellness hotel that has been designed according to the highest global health standards, as well as a sports, fitness and leisure centre and a wide variety of restaurants, cafés and retail outlets.-TradeArabia News Service
