Mubasher: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) inaugurated the group’s fourth digital self-banking station, KFH-Go, for the first time in Sabah Al Ahmad Co-op, area (B).

The new e-branch in Al Ahmadi Governorate works around the clock, totally unmanned, and equipped with cutting-edge technical and self-service devices, according to a recent press release.

As an innovative self-banking channel, the fourth branch delivers superior and effective customer experience, reflecting KFH’s efforts in ‘’diversifying retail banking services.’’

Group chief retail and private banking officer at KFH, Waleed Khaled Mandani highlighted that KFH-Go contains advanced XTMs, ATMs, and deposit machine (Bulk Deposit) that accept 300 notes in a single transaction (KWD 6,000).

XTM machines allow direct audio and video communication with the telephone service personnel.

KFH-Go’s customers can enjoy a host of banking and financing services, including ‘’cash withdrawals without a card through the mobile phone using the "QR code", IDs, or phone number, as well as conducting "Murabaha" financing transactions, requesting credit cards and prepaid cards, updating data and phone numbers, activating bank cards, opening deposits and accounts.’’

KFH has undoubtedly succeeded to provide ‘’a plethora’’ of unique state-of-the-art banking services across Kuwait.

KFH’s great progress in its digital transformation journey has proved its capability ‘’in adopting digital services, pioneering the offering of a diverse package of innovative e-services in several sectors and in the Group, in addition to increasing its investment in technology.’’

In July, KFH opened its third digital self- banking station ‘KFH-Go’ in Al Mangaf Co-op society.
