RIYADH — The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Satellite Company “Shammas” inaugurated the Saudi satellite “BadrSat”, the first Saudi satellite owned by the private sector

Noura Hammoud presented a documentary film about the «BadrSat» and the most important features and coverage covered in the Middle East, North and Central Africa and Europe.

Meflah AlHaftaa, chairman of the Board of Directors of BadrSat, confirmed that there will be good offers suitable for satellite channels wishing to move to the moon «BadrSat» and the availability of services to them in Saudi Arabia through the media city «Shammas».

During the ceremony, a seminar was held on the role of space media to address local and international crises. The President of the Saudi Producers and Producers Association Mohamed Al-Ghamdi, and Abdulrahman Al-Hazza, Chairman of the Radio and Television Organization and Saud Al-Gharbi, participated.
