Cairo –  The 24,000-feddan first phase of New Alamein City Project is under construction, with total investments of EGP 75 billion ($4.51 billion), head of projects department at the Council of New Alamein City, Mohamed Zaghloul said on Wednesday.

With total space of 48,000 feddans, the project will include residential, tourist, educational, and services projects in the city, Zaghloul added.

A group of 15 towers are underway in the first phase, while the second phase will see the construction of 10 additional towers, the top official revealed.

Earlier today, City Edge Developments launched ‘Mazarine’ and ‘The Gate’ projects in New Alamein City.

Spanning over 98 feddans, Mazarine project comprises 296 villas, chalets, and twin houses, overlooking two lakes stretching over an area of 208 feddans.
