The highly anticipated project will also have direct access to the centerpiece of the development, Marassi Galleria, as well as the waterfront promenade.
Dadabhai Construction was signed up as the main contractor for the Address Marassi Al Bahrain project in March.

Managing Director Dr Maher Al Shaer said: "Having seen Dadabhai Construction’s proven track record with delivering other components of the Marassi Al Bahrain development on time, we are confident in our selection of them as our construction partner to carry out this significant project and continue to meet our construction targets."

Significant progress has been made on the key development including the completion of piling work and substructure of Address Marassi Al Bahrain Hotel and Residences, as well as the lower ground slabs.

Also the upper ground slab for Address Service apartments is already cast and work is ongoing for the podium level, it stated.
"We look forward to the completion of Address Marassi Al Bahrain as it is poised to become a pivotal destination on the Kingdom’s booming tourism map," he stated.
