DUBAI- With its ongoing strategy to provide integrated financial solutions to individuals and companies, The Dubai Police General HQ has recently announced a long-term partnership with Noor Bank, under which, the bank’s credit card holders can utilise a unique and convenient way to pay their traffic fines.

The partnership agreement signed by Dubai Police and Noor Bank comes in line with the Dubai Smart City initiative, which promotes increased usage of digital channels such as mobile and online platforms.

The new facility allows Noor Bank credit card holders to pay their traffic fines in interest free instalments over a number of months by downloading the Dubai Police smart app or using Dubai Police website.

Speaking on the occasion, Director of the General Department of Finance at Dubai Police Brigadier Saif bin Abed, said, "The new initiative falls in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to promote community happiness. Adding that Dubai Police HQ & Noor Bank’s recent initiative is aimed at providing financial solutions to the public while incorporating the use of technology to introduce efficient and interest free services to the customers to pay off their traffic fines easily."
