DSF: VAT-free shopping week announced in Dubai

The Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) has just announced a week-long scheme that will let you shop without paying the Value-Added Tax (VAT).

Fashion lovers can enjoy “seven days of an additional five per cent off while shopping on their favourite big brands” with the ‘Club Apparel x 6thstreet.com DSF 24/7 VAT On Us’ promotion.

One of the “retail highlights” of the 26th edition of DSF — organized by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) in collaboration with Club Apparel and 6thstreet.com — residents and visitors can take advantage of the promotion from January 3 to 9.

“Amazing offers will be available on a wide range of high-end fashion brands as well as family favorites at Club Apparel stores across Dubai’s biggest and best malls and also online 24 hours a day at ww.6thstreet.com,” the DFRE said on Saturday.

Participating Club Apparel brands include Dune London, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Rituals, LC Waikiki, ALDO & ALDO Accessories, Skechers, Crocs, Herschel, Inglot, Birkenstock, Levi’s, Aeropostale, La Vie En Rose, Charles & Keith, The Children’s Place, CCC, Athlete’s Co, ACO Price, Lakeland, Naturalizer, Moreschi, Beverly Hills Polo Club, Nautica, Call It Spring, Nine West, Hush Puppies, R&B, UGG, Ardene, Brand Bazzaar, Toms, New Yorker, Skyzone and HEMA Amsterdam.
