A subsidiary of one of the region’s largest logistics companies has been asked to evacuate from its location in South Amghara, Kuwait, the company announced on Sunday.

In a statement to Boursa Kuwait, Agility Public Warehousing Company KSCP said its subsidiary Metal & Recycling Company had received notification to move out from Kuwait Municipality (Jahra).

The company did not provide any details behind the relocation, but it said it would take “all legal necessary actions in regard”.

Back in 2018, Agility was reported to be in a legal dispute involving an industrial land in South Amghara.
