RIYADH: Saudi housing program Sakani has more than 500 housing units construction in partnership with the private sector in Jeddah, SPA reported.
The program clarified that the units within the Mila Jeddah Project, located in the suburb of Khayala, include 290 villas and townhouses starting from SR875,000 ($233,289), on a 258 sqm area.
However, Sama Jeddah Project in the suburb of Khayala offers homes starting from SR458,000.
The two projects, where homes are available to reserve, are being implemented in partnership with private real estate developers to provide housing units to the beneficiaries of the Ministry of Housing’s Sakani scheme.
