BRUSSELS - European Union Foreign Ministers will hold discussions with Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh over an informal lunch during their meeting in Brussels Monday.

"We will discuss how to engage more, how to work more and better with the Palestinian Authority in this difficult time, the situation on the ground is certainly very, very worrisome", the EU High Representative Josep Borrell told reporters ahead of the meeting .

During their regular meeting Monday, the EU ministers will also discuss developments in Sahel, in light of the spreading of terrorists in the Gulf of Guinea and Burkina Faso, asking the French troops to leave, in addition to the military support to Ukraine.

On the other hand, in reply to a question on the European Parliament's resolution adopted Thursday calling on the EU to put the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) on the terrorist list, Borrell said "there are many interesting opinions about that, but it is something that cannot be decided without a court decision first."
