COLOMBO, Aug 15 (Reuters) - Sri Lanka's cabinet on Tuesday approved the formation of laws to ensure that bilateral and multilateral agreements with the island nation are not voided unilaterally, cabinet spokesperson Bandula Gunawardena said.
