The foreign ministers of both countries will discuss regional security issues

Chinese State Councillor and Foreign Minister Qin Gang will make an official visit to the Philippines from April 21 to 23, the foreign ministry in Manila said on Tuesday.
The foreign ministers of both countries will discuss regional security issues of mutual concern, including the South China Sea, plus agriculture, trade, energy and infrastructure, among others.
