Farmington, CT. - January 14, 2011 - UTC Fire & Security will showcase the latest security and safety solutions from Lenel, Interlogix, Edwards, Kidde, Dettronics and Autronica at the Intersec Trade Fair and Conference 2011 in Dubai, January 16-18. Lenel, a leading provider of enterprise software and integrated systems, will showcase the latest version of the Facility Commander Wnx® 7.6 platform, as well as its OnGuard Integrated Security Products, including Security Series Hardware featuring NGP Controllers, high performance video management software SkyPointTM, goVision 2.0 - a powerful standalone digital video recorder (DVR) - and the newest version of OnGuard® software, which includes BlackBerry integration.
Interlogix provides intrusion, fire, video surveillance, fibre & IP transmission solutions for the residential and commercial segments. Highlighted at the show will be the Interlogix VE1000 series of mirror-optic based volumetric motion sensors; the TruVisionTM video line and the UltraViewTM Series, designed specifically for enterprise-level applications and the most demanding and sophisticated environments, and a fibre and IP transmission portfolio platform capable of meeting unlimited transmission requirements, in analog or digital systems.
Edwards, a world leader in life safety systems, will feature the Ziton ZP1 Series of Conventional Fire Panels and the Ziton ZP2 Series of Addressable Fire Panels, EST 3X addressable panels and Signature 2 Series® intelligent fire detectors.
In fire protection, UTC Fire & Security's Kidde business will feature the Advanced Delivery System (ADS®) which uses high pressure nitrogen to deliver the FM200TM fire suppression agent up to 10-15 times farther than conventional systems, along with systems for the 3M™ Novec™ 1230 Fire Protection Fluid, considered the leading environmentally friendly fire suppression solution. The Kidde suppression division will be conducting a product workshop on the advanced Argonite® C60 delivery system at the Intersec forum January 16 at 12:00 and January 18 at 14:00.
The Det-tronics and Autronica specialty detection businesses will feature flame and toxic gas detectors and advanced SIL2 rated fire and gas control systems for the petrochemical, oil and gas segment.
Kidde Fire Fighting's Big Flow™ mobile fire fighting systems - which use specialized pumps that enable flows from 5,000 to 12,000 gallons per minute via ultra-large diameter hose and are capable of throwing foam up to 152 meters in distance and at 38 meters in height - and Angus Fire's expertise in fire hose, foam concentrates and fire fighting equipment will also be highlighted.
Kidde Fire Trainers, a leading supplier of computer-controlled, live fire training systems that allow realistic training in a safe and environmentally sound manner, will feature its solutions for government, infrastructure and industrial fire training needs.
Lenel, Interlogix and Edwards will be featured at the UTC Fire & Security stand, #805C, Hall 3. The Kidde group of companies, along with Det-tronics and Autronica will be featured on stand #423F, Hall 7.
