Dubai, April 7th, 2004: Peacocks, the national UK retailer of clothing, footwear and homeware has recently opened its first store in the United Arab Emirates at Lamcy Plaza. The brand has been brought to the UAE by the Alshaya Group, who has already opened Peacocks stores in Turkey and Bahrain. Originally founded in 1884, Peacocks employs over 5,000 personnel and trades from over 386 stores throughout the United Kingdom.
 
Located on the second floor of the mall, the 8,200 sq. feet store offers a wide variety in womenswear, menswear, childrenswear, footwear and homeware.
