Abu Dhabi in 03 February 2013: The Centre for Regulation of Transport by Hire Cars in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi (TransAD) honored the outstanding call center staff, franchise companies, call centre customers and taxi drivers with the highest response rate to 600 53 53 53 call centre jobs. This initiative is part of efforts to promote sustainable development, improve quality of service and enhance public transportation facilities in Abu Dhabi.
The award ceremony was held at TransAd's headquarters and awards were given to the best three call centre staff according to their outstanding performance and implementing quality aspects.
In order to motivate franchise companies for the best given services, TransAD has honored the best two franchise companies who gain the highest on TransAD Performance indicators, National Taxi has been awarded for coming up first, and the second award went to Al Ghazal taxi.
To improve the given call centre service, 18 taxi drivers with the highest acceptance rate to the call center jobs during December 2012 were awarded for their effort. Moreover and in order to encourage customers to use the booking service, the centre also awarded three customers with the highest number of successful bookings via call centre number, 600 53 53 53.
In his speech, Mr. Yousef Abdullah Al Madani, Call Centre and Customer Service Director, congratulated all outstanding employees, drivers, franchisees and customers; praised their continuous dedication and commended their efforts and achievements, which results in a positive image for the centre.
Commented Mr. Al Madani, 'TransAd is aiming at implementing a strategy to develop and improve the services provided to the public in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. An honorary award is a result of hardworking staff and works as an incentive for staff at the centre, franchise companies and drivers, to continue their efforts to achieve customer satisfaction at all times, in line with Abu Dhabi Plan 2030.'
It is worth mentioning that the Centre for Regulation of Transport by Hire Cars in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi recently launched a campaign aimed at raising awareness of the facility to book taxis on the call centre number 600 53 53 53. The theme of the advertising campaign is, 'We're a call away, night and day,' and is intended to inform the public about the convenience of the service and highlight the importance of the taxi booking system, as other advantages include reducing traffic congestion, raising the level of safety on roads and cutting the carbon footprint, amongst other benefits.
