Toyota Lanka, a member of Toyota Tsusho Corporation and Toyota Group Japan, has approved Bahrain-based MTI Consulting's Competency Integration Model as the basis of an extensive HR re-engineering assignment for Toyota Sri Lanka.

Speaking at the launch of the MTI HR consulting assignment, the Managing Director of Toyota Sri Lanka, Mr. Yoshiaki Kato said " Our assignment with MTI Consulting, who brings an interesting blend of local and international learning's, is aimed at taking a holistic approach to developing competency framework at an organizational, business and job level and thereby adding value to the bottom line"

MTI HR Solutions (www.mtihrmsolutions.com) who conceptualized, researched and developed the MTI Competency Integration Model is highly customized to the Toyota Sri Lanka. The model comprises of 15 modules clustered into 4 phases; i.e.  Analyze, Develop, Integrate & Measure.
