El Khouri is no stranger to Rotana, joining the company back in 2003 as Area Director of Sales & Marketing for Dubai and Northern Emirates. His hard work, dedication and contribution to the overall company's success paved the way for his promotion to General Manager of Burjuman Arjaan by Rotana in 2006, followed by his successful transfer to the stunning Fujairah Rotana Resort and Spa in 2009. Born in Lebanon, Mrad completed his studies at the BUC and NDU Universities and has started his hospitality career with international chains including Starwood.

As the new General Manager of Towers Rotana Dubai, Mrad will be the key leader overseeing the entire operations of the property with its 360 rooms and suites along with its five award-winning food and beverage outlets. With his solid expertise in the hospitality industry, he aims to bring the hotel to greater heights of success incorporating new initiatives to further intensify the hotel's market reach in both the regional and international markets while ensuring and maintaining the highest quality of services and guest satisfaction.
