Dubai's very own luxury travel start-up The Travel Attaché has been nominated in the same category as some of the global travel industry's key players at the prestigious 2014 Seven Star Global Luxury Awards.

In a modern-day case of David and Goliath, The Travel Attaché, which was founded in Dubai in November 2012, is competing in the Luxury Tour Operators category against industry giants including Abercrombie & Kent, Cox & Kings, Kuoni and DNATA. The nomination is an extraordinary achievement for the boutique travel company and comes barely a year since it was founded by Mishal Kanoo of the Kanoo Group, Gaurav Sinha of branding agency Insignia and Liam Wholey, formerly CEO of Quintessentially Middle East and North Africa.
