The first ever Middle East Change Management Best Practice Conference is set to be held in Abu Dhabi, UAE during Nov. 24 & 25, 2010 at the Hilton Baynunah Abu Dhabi Hotel.

The Conference will bring together Change Management professional and experts to share best practice, network and learn about the latest in this fast moving field.

The Middle East Change Management Best Practice Conference keynote speaker is Jeff Hiatt, CEO & founder of Prosci.  Jeff Hiatt is the author of ADKAR: a model for change in business, government and our community and co-author of Change Management: the People Side of Change. He started Prosci in 1994 and is the founder of the Change Management Learning Center. Jeff has led benchmarking projects with more than 1600 companies in over 59 countries on change management. The event will also have several international, regional and local speakers from the private and public sectors sharing change management success stories, networking and exchange of ideas and experience.
