Amman, Jordan - The Arab German Insurance Company (AGI), leading the insurance industry with new technology, has started using a new automated computer system to facilitate and efficiently manage their clients in the motor insurance division. The Arab German Insurance Company is the first to use this system in the insurance sector in Jordan.
The client visiting AGI for motor insurance will be able to select the requested service through a push of a button and receive a number to lead him or her to the appropriate desk when it is available. The client will recognize the desk's availability when their number will be shown on a screen along with an audio tone for a period of time. The new technology will allow clients to take turns in an orderly fashion, giving everyone an equal opportunity to inquire at the motor division.
This system caters to both AGI and their clients', as it optimizes the time efficiency for both the client and the employees simultaneously. This system reveals Arab German Insurance Company's commitment to keeping abreast with new technology, therefore employing the best technology available to serve its employees and clients.
Commenting on using this new system in the insurance sector, Ra'ed Raimouny, General Manager of AGI stated, "The new technology implemented aims to demonstrate our dedication to our clients through added-value services, which fundamentally reflects our commitment in the services we provide.
