Global queue management leader, Tensator Group, is celebrating its fifth year in Dubai, after the growing success of its Tensator FZE office. As part of the celebrations, Tensator is launching an Arabic website which affirms its position as an established company in the Middle East and North Africa. And next year will see a selection of promotions themed around its firth birthday. The company set up the office in 2005 and has seen a significant increase in sales and brand awareness.
Despite tough trading conditions in the region, Tensator continues to grow. This is credited to the fact that the company has a wide distributor network across varying sectors in the area, including transport, retail, bank, hospitality and leisure. More recently, Tensator FZE has helped Sharjah Airport manage an increase in its passenger numbers by upgrading the queue management system in its departure hall.
Abdel Aziz Rahal, general manager of Tensator FZE, has led the team from the outset and has been fundamental in its growth. He comments: "Five years of success is a real milestone for us, particularly as we have exceeded our initial expectations when we first opened the office. Key to our success is customer understanding. Our Customers are focused on the added value of our solutions, something which is reflected in our product offering. For example, our Tensabarrier not only helps manage crowds, but it can also be used as an effective advertising tool."
The office originally opened with two employees and has grown to 10. Three work in operations, four work in driving sales and three work in sales administration and customer support.

Our new site supports us as an established company and looking to the future, I am positive that we will continue to grow in the region and that we will be the first port of call for improving the customer journey," concludes Abdel Aziz Rahal.
