UAE - Dubai, November 15th, 2011: "Tanfeeth", a fully owned subsidiary of Emirates NBD launched its brand identity today during a press conference held in Dubai. The press conference was attended by Abdulla Qassem, Chairman of Tanfeeth, Suhail Bin Tarraf, CEO and other senior members of Tanfeeth management.

Abdulla Qassem said: "We have developed Tanfeeth, a talent-driven organisation that will become a leader in its field in the MENA region and beyond, while nurturing Emarati talent. We have built a unique international training and secondment program including an onsite Lean Academy to develop our people's skills".

 Abdulla Qassem added: "Our modern and fresh brand is formed by seven overlapping circles. It tells a story of teamwork and support which brings businesses to life by empowering its partners, whilst constantly innovating and growing beyond expectations".

The logo incorporates traditional Arabic patterns to reflect Tanfeeth's geographical roots. Its dynamic design with a bright and vibrant colour palette, visualizes its energy and commitment to using fresh ideas to wow its customers. The colours, which are derived from the blue and green spectrum are optimistic, young, dynamic and friendly. These characteristics, in addition to the other assets, bring to life a brand that looks at solving problems and supporting clients with a new and fresh perspective.

Suhail Bin Tarraf said: "The name "Tanfeeth" means "getting the job done" in Arabic. It underpins our relentless ambition to get results for our customers by providing an exceptional service and ensuring our people and clients always get more than expected. The establishment of "Tanfeeth" as a fully owned subsidiary of Emirates NBD was announced on the 19th of September.  The new subsidiary aims to offer each client a customized solution and apply re-engineering processes that combine structured problem solving methods like Lean and Six Sigma with innovative thinking. This method already has a proven track record of success, having already delivered significant customer service improvements within Emirates NBD.
