Boosting the sales team's productivity and enhancing customer experience
Amman - STS - the Jordanian specialized provider of system and information technology (IT) solutions in Jordan and the region - has signed an agreement with Pharma International Company (PIC), a specialty generics company dedicated to serving patients, healthcare professionals and payers across the Middle East and Africa region, for the provision of Medical Cloud CRM. The solution provides PIC with a best-in-class, real-time mobile customer relationship management (CRM), which aims at optimizing medical sales representatives' workflows, improving efficiency, boosting productivity, and enhancing customer experience. The agreement was inked on Saturday 4 June, 2016, at the Landmark Amman Hotel by STS Chief Operating Officer, Husam Katkhoda, and PIC Chief Commercial Officer, Rula Qassem.
The STS Cloud CRM offers medical sales representatives a single mobile interface to automate and plan day-to-day calls according to specific routes and products while organizing workflows according to healthcare professionals' specialties and classifications. Moreover, the solution, which can be used on any smartphone and tablet, presents real-time update capabilities that facilitate the decision-making process.
The Medical Cloud CRM solution is delivered under STS Cloud' Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, which are built on the latest industry standards with secured and highly-scalable access. Building on its all-purpose Cloud CRM, STS enhanced the solution to meet PIC's specific medical and business needs to come up with a comprehensive Medical Cloud CRM. The solution is also based on next generation CRM technologies boasting superior features and full mobile dashboard capabilities.
