SquareOne Technologies expands their Print Management Portfolio with SafeCom to increase its range of secure, cost-saving print solutions.

In order to expand on their already impressive range of Print, Mobility solutions, Enterprise messaging & communication solution and Document Automation solutions, SquareOne Technologies has signed an agreement with Nuance to supply and support SafeCom Print Management software.

SquareOne Technologies will provide marketing, sales, channel management, product distribution, integration services and technical support for SafeCom.

SafeCom integrates with printers, copiers and multi-function devices from all leading suppliers. It provides print security, tracking and control of all networked devices, reduces print data traffic and makes it much simpler for administrators to configure their organization's printing environment.

Minosh Salam, Director - Marketing & Operations at SquareOne Technologies believes that: "Partnership with Safecom, brings a lot of value additions to SquareOne' s portfolio and existing focus around Information Exchange, Paper and Document centric Solutions for organizations' in the Middle East.

The technology is based on a unique and patented pull printing concept, where documents are printed to a database and then released for printing after the user identifies themselves at any SafeCom-enabled printer.

"Pull Print" allows for print tracking and accounting, which increases print security and reduces waste. With Equitrac Print Management Solutions, also from Nuance, already part of the SquareOne Technologies Portfolio, SafeCom is an obvious addition. SquareOne Technologies is a Nuance Partner and also supplies the eCopy range from Nuance.
