Mr. Rowsell-Turner started his professional career in his homeland Australia in 1994. From that time on, he gained an extensive experience in leading the Kitchen Team and
Food & Beverage department in various hotels. He worked also as a Chef in Luxury Cruise Ship and as Executive Chef in Al Rawdha Palace, Kingdom of Bahrain (Residence of Bahraini Royal Family). His most recent assignment was with Conrad Treasury Hotel and casino in Brisbane.
"Mark brings a unique culinary expertise to the hotel and to our sophisticated diners," said Gerhard Foltin, General Manager; "He is an Excellent Chef, with substantial experience.
