Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, announced the latest exciting additions to the Qaryat Al Beri complex today. Officially opened by Mrs. Fatima Obeid Al Jaber, general manager, Qaryat Al Beri Resort Development Company L.L.C.; Mr Bernhard Haechler, vice president Middle East and India, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts; and Mr Adrian Rudin, general manager, Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi; the Shangri-La Residences adds 161 serviced apartments to the Qaryat Al Beri room inventory.
From studio to four bedroom units, the Shangri-La Residences offer the ultimate new address in Abu Dhabi. Each of the serviced apartments is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, LCD televisions, DVD player, and luxurious furniture. The apartments range from 46m² for a studio apartment up to 232m² for a four-bedroom apartment.
Shangri-La Residences will be available for both short term and long term bookings and offers convenient accommodation for families during leisure stays as well as serving as an excellent location for business professionals seeking long term apartment rental in the city, with the convenience of superior hotel service and standards. With the demand for apartments in the city increasing dramatically over the past two years, Shangri-La Residences is the latest exclusive address in Abu Dhabi.
Guests staying at the Shangri-La Residences have exclusive use of a private beach and access to The Health Club, located in the CHI, The Spa at Shangri-La building. The apartments also have private pools and full housekeeping services.
In addition to the Residences, the Villas at Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, are also opening today. The villas are a collection of luxurious, individually themed properties for both short term and long term rental.
