Dubai, United Arab Emirates: SEE Nexus, the sustainability solutions firm, has signed an MOU with the project management firm Projacs International to optimise the delivery of its current and future projects, including the ongoing development of phase two in The Sustainable City in Dubai.

The Sustainable City is the first net-zero energy city in Dubai and the Middle East’s first operational sustainable community. In preparation of Phase 2 of The Sustainable City and other projects currently under consideration, Projacs International will be providing full construction management services through a dedicated project management team.
