Attendees to Gain Privileged Access to Oracle Experts and Dedicated Sales, Marketing and Technical Resources

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, April 11, 2005--Oracle Middle East, a subsidiary of Oracle Corp. (Nasdaq: ORCL), the world's largest enterprise software company, will hold the second round of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) Days on 20 April 2005 at the Madinat Jumeirah.

Oracle PartnerNetwork Days are Oracle's premier events for existing partners and companies interested in working with Oracle, offering a dedicated programme for those looking to market, sell, implement or develop Oracle-based solutions. The overall theme of the 2005 tour is how to work together better to accelerate joint success.

Delegates will have access to Oracle technical, sales and marketing experts as they conduct a series of audio-visual presentations focused on OPN's Web services and Web-based applications. OPN members will have the opportunity to network with fellow industry professionals and meet with Oracle executives as they highlight the key features and business benefits of the OPN program, including Oracle Direct, Oracle Support and Oracle University.

Sponsor partners will also be on hand throughout the day providing further information on the ways in which they complement Oracle's broad portfolio of solutions. Platinum sponsors include AMD and Sun Microsystems, while Acer, Intermec, and IBM are local premier sponsors.  Printronix and Tech Data are supporting OPN as gold sponsors.

"OPN members have contributed significantly to Oracle's success in the past 12 months, generating more than 50 percent of our total license revenue in Europe, the Middle East and Africa," said Ayman Abouseif, Senior Marketing Director, Oracle Middle East & Africa, Eastern & Central Europe. "Members looking for lower costs, increased accessibility to critical information and new business opportunities will greatly benefit from joining us next week. More than 450 partners attended last year's OPN Day in Dubai and we expect this year's event to achieve similar success."

OPN is a global business network that provides Oracle's partners in the Middle East - as diverse as system integrators, hardware vendors, application service providers, value-added resellers and independent software vendors - with the resources they need to gain a competitive advantage.
