Saudi Ceramics, one of the largest ceramic manufacturers in the Middle East, has launched its 2005 sanitary ware collection. Officially launched during the recently concluded ISH exhibition, held in Frankfurt Germany, this collection includes two complete sets and several single pieces also, aimed at luxury and economic segments of the market. Amongst these, KINAZ - a complete bathroom set, is the most prominent one. Designed for the high-end segment of the market, the elegant design of this model stands out not only for its attractive modern sleek shape but also for its advanced technical features. This beautiful model can be installed back to wall. The washbasin has a very sleek design and its splashback is designed in a way that it prevents water from splashing on the wall. Meticulously crafted accessories also make this set a remarkable one. At the moment this model is available only in off-white color. SCC has also plans to make it in various attractive colors.
Another new model is LAMA, which is also a complete bathroom set. Here also the washbasin and water closet have got a beautiful and comfortable shape. Positioned in the economic segment of the market, this model is available in white, pergamon and ivory colors. The company also introduced yet another single piece washbasin for 2005, called MARMAR 75. This is available in White and Marble colors. SCC also launched a series of vanity tops under the name BODOUR for 2005. Deep and comfortable with beautiful curves, these models have got oval and round shapes. There are 4 models in this series, which are mounted on wooden furniture. This series include Badour 100, which is round shaped without a tap hole, Bodour 200, which is also round shaped with single tap hole. Bodour 300 is another model in this series with single tap hole. Here the rim is oval shaped at the front, which becomes rectangular at the back side. The spacious side ledges for toiletries make this model even more comfortable one. Bodour 400 is also tabletop washbasin with round shaped rim and a sloppy bowl shaped body with single tap hole. SCC has also introduced new colors such as NILE BLUE, OFF WHITE, MATT WHITE AND PERGAMON. To further widen its sanitary ware portfolio, the company is also planning to launch more new sanitary ware models. The company will also introduce new colors during this period. Today SCC has some of the best sanitary ware models in the region, which are aesthetically as well technically advanced. All these models come with excellent flushing mechanisms also (6 liters per flush), which help to eliminate water wastage and also reduce water consumption. Its sanitary ware models are all designed in such a way that cleaning and maintenance is very easy. Recently the company had modernized its sanitary plant, which has a production capacity of 1.8 million pieces per annum, adding several pressure casting machineries and computerized robot spraying machines also.
