Bathed in exquisite jewel-toned colors for a luxurious and sophisticated look, Samsung U700 has a mirror-like coating surrounding the 2.2-inch LCD screen which adds a modern polished finish. The screen displays 262,000 colors with a resolution of 240x320 pixels.
The U700 Ultra Edition has been designed by Samsung to provide the user with an attractive slider phone complete with 3G capabilities. The phone comes with an advanced 3.5G HSDPA technology which allows the user to enjoy a high download speed. The 3G technology provides a high-speed wireless mobile broadband internet access. "Due to the growing demand of 3G enabled phones, Samsung is paving its way to the forefront of HSDPA technology. We are certain that the new U700 will mark a great advancement in the HSDPA platform." explained Han.
Samsung U700 features easy to use connectivity options which include a USB 2.0 cabled connection and Bluetooth 2.0 wireless connection to maximize the speed of HSDPA technology on this sleek and stylish slide-up.
The U700 comes with a built in 3.2 mega pixel camera for still photography and video capture as well as a second VGA camera for 3G-enabled video telephony. The user can communicate with a real feel to their call by using the 3G video calling feature. The video calling experience allows the user to see who they are talking to and to be seen by their contacts.
Samsung U700 is equipped with an integrated media player which allows the user to enjoy an easy to use music and video experience while they are at the go. The phone is compatible with various media sources and supports the playback of purchased and downloaded music files. Samsung, yet again has paired with Bang and Olufsen to provide a powerful sound quality for an exceptional listening experience. With a 20 MB embedded internal memory and a MicroSD external memory card, your mobile turns into a walking jukebox.
Enhanced with a wide range of advanced features, the phone comes with the newly developed Smart UI to enhance the navigations experience with Smart Messaging, Smart Search and Smart LCD options.
Samsung U700 is now available in all major electronics outlets across the Middle East and is retailed at 1699 AED.
