Training program part of the company's vision to offer unmatched support-services to Middle East consumers


Dubai, October 01, 2003: Samsung, the global leader in digital convergence technology, recently hosted a 6-day training program for its service partners in the UAE. Designed specially for the audio and visual (AV) product segments of the company, the training program was attended by nearly 27 technical staff members representing 18 countries across the Middle East and Africa region. The course was aimed at providing a platform for participants with different skill sets and levels of know-how to exchange knowledge and interact with the Samsung research and development (R&D) team from Korea.
 
The instructors from Samsung’s headquarters in Korea provided the participants with an in-depth know-how of the critical components within the company’s AV products segment.  The products under this category include TFT-LCD televisions, flat panel displays and home theatre systems.
