United Arab Emirates, Dubai- 19th November, 2006:  SAE Institute, the leading learning provider in the fields of Film, Animation and Audio Engineering offered its Film and Animation students the chance to showcase their final work on the big screen.  The screenings took place at the Cinestar Cinemas at Emirates Mall in hall C-6 and was attended by SAE students, staff and families.

Mr. Marco Bettelli, Managing Director SAE Asia Pacific and Middle East commented, "We, at the SAE Institute, would like to offer our sincere appreciation to Cinestar and thank them for their efforts in making this special event happen.  This is a one-in-a-million experience for our Film and Animation students- to actually showcase their work on the big screen in the company of their mentors, peers and families.  We hope that this will encourage current Film and Animation students in enduring their program."

As a part of their course training, all SAE Film students must participate in at least one external project.  Currently, SAE students are or will be involved in the filming of: the Official Clean Up Arabia Documentary; the  Press Conference and DJ workshops as part of the Thirst Competition; Interviews with Groove Armada, 2ManyDJs and Soulwax as part of the Thirst Competition; the official documentary on this year's Media & Marketing Show; and semi-live coverage of the UAE Desert Challenge on the Internet.

With the ever-growing demand for specialised training programs in the media businesses in the Middle East, SAE found Dubai to be the perfect location, geographically and strategically, to set-up its learning hub. SAE is the first institution in the UAE to offer a full range of media programs with different levels of specialisation from Certificate to Degree and Post Graduate accreditation.

Located in the core of Dubai's educational hub, Knowledge Village, SAE Institute focuses on delivering unrivalled training, state-of-the-art resources and encourages creative thinking- ultimately giving students the crucial edge.  These qualities characterise all SAE courses and the foremost reason why students from all over the world make SAE, their preferred college.
