Leading rubber manufacturer adds four new products to its production line
Rubber World Industries (RWI), the leading manufacturer of closed-cell rubber insulation 'Gulf-O-Flex' in the Gulf and South East Asia, and part of the international business conglomerate, the Shaikhani Group of Companies, has announced the launch of four new rubber based products. The move is part of the leading company's strategic initiative to consolidate its market leadership in the GCC region and also to keep up with the increasing demand for world-class rubber based building products in the region's flourishing construction and development industry. The new product line includes Slitting Tubes; Slitting Tubes with adhesive; Cladding Tubes and Sheets with Aluminum and Cladding sheets. All products boast of environmental-friendly features, cost effective and ready to use without wastage such as being dust free, fiber free, CFC free, Zero ODP and low VOCs, making the products mold and mildew resistant.
The new line of products, which are set for distribution across leading GCC countries such as Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, is being geared towards a target audience made up of MEP contractors; the HVAC industry; AC spare-part dealers; the Oil & Gas fields and the Construction industry. RWI senior officials have revealed that the release of the new lines are aimed at meeting the growing demand for elastomeric rubber insulated products, which are considered to be an essential building material in today's batch of construction and development projects for its durability and competitive pricing. Also being launched are other rubber insulated products - slit tubes with and without adhesive, continuous coil tubes, colored tubes, white tubes with adhesive, white tubes without adhesive, slit tubes in colors and Class 0 and Class 1 insulation tubes.

Rubber World Industries has also revealed its plans to invest in USD 5 million towards the development and creation of their new 2011 product line. The announcement is in line with the expansion of production lines in the company's different manufacturing facilities and follows after the company's successful participation at this year's edition of the International Air Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Exposition (AHR) at the Las Vegas Convention Centre in Las Vegas, Nevada from January 31 to February 3, 2011. Aside from the strong demand for 'Gulf-O-Flex' products, RWI has also reported a strong demand for its newer products like aluminum cladding tubes and slit tubes in both North and South America.
The leading manufacturer has announced the expansion of its network of local clients and partners in Qatar in wake of the unprecedented wave of investment in the social and industrial infrastructure of the country. The manufacturer expects the expansion in construction to further drive the demand for high-quality rubber insulation products that can match the quality requirements of the upcoming world-class developments in the country. As such, RWI is set to intensify its efforts in order to fulfil the surge in demand through increased production and aggressive expansion initiatives.
The launch of new products also include a revised range of sheets that include insulation sheet roll, insulation sheet box, insulation sheet rolls with adhesive, insulation sheet for sound resistant and sound proofing, insulation sheet for duct liner, insulation sheet for base control and vibration, insulation sheet for duct outer purpose, insulation sheet for flooring (3mm) and insulation sheet for sports track; and tapes PVC, Black and White PVC, insulation, reinforced insulation, duct, BOPP, aluminum, reinforced aluminum and tapes according to required minimum quantity.
