Dubai (United Arab Emirates): Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) honoured Mrs. Jotti S; winner of the Award of the Month. RTA also honoured three other customers for using the e-Survey System to rate the performance of RTA Main Customer Service employees under "Have Your Say Award" introduced to all customer service branches and centers in the emirate of Dubai.
Laila Ali bin Hareb, Director of Customer Service Centers Dep't at RTA Corporate Support Services Sector, said that the underlying aim of the Awards is to show care for RTA customers and ensure continuous and fruitful interaction between them and employees of the Main Customer Service Center.
Honoured customers included Mrs. Jutti S.; the winner of Customer of the Month Award for the month of November awarded on the occasion of the International Children Day. Other honourees included Muath Al-Zarouni, Sayed Javed and Hamdan Abdullah for using the e-Survey System to rate the performance of the employees of RTA Customer Service Centers. Maaz Al-Zarouni was honored at the Main Customer Service Center at Umm Ramool, whereas Sayed Javed and Hamdan Abdullah were honoured at Subsidiary Customer Service Centers.
"Customer of the Month" is a monthly award introduced by the RTA to recognize a customer in a time corresponding to a domestic or international event. "Have Your Say" is a regular award to recognize a number of RTA customers for using the e-Survey System to rate the performance of RTA customer service employees" said Laila.
"Honouring Mrs. Jutti with "Customer of the Month" Award corresponds to the International Children Day. Through this event and other events celebrated throughout the year, RTA intends to remind all parties of their various duties & obligations towards the community and the environment which we all share. Each honouree was given a flower bouquet, sweet basket, Salik tag along with a 50-dirham credit, and a number of symbolic gift items provided by Customer Service Centers Dep't.
"RTA honoured the three customers in recognition of their constructive roles in assessing the performance of employees at the Center by means of the e-Survey System. This monthly award is part of the monthly motivational awards offered by the Center. Honourees were given shopping vouchers worth of 500 dirham and several symbolic gifts presented by Customer Service Centers Dep't.
