To address a rapidly growing demand in the Levant region for PR services, as reflected in the ever expanding portfolio of clients engaged in PR activities, Rizk group consolidated that business into Rizk Public Relations (RPR).
The need and demand for PR services such as devising PR strategies, developing media relations, CSR programs, crisis management mechanisms and other PR services furthered the creation of RPR as a specialized PR firm.
RPR works in association with Ketchum-Raad Middle East based in Dubai. The association provides RPR with access to the entire tools and expertise of Ketchum worldwide. Personnel in both companies have been heavily involved in various projects to service several clients held by Ketchum-Raad in the Middle East as well as Rizk group clients in Sudan, Yemen, Afghanistan, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon.
"The Group has experienced stratospheric growth over the past 5 years in terms of the network's footprint, the headcount, the high-standard of personnel skills, the number of national background, as well as the diversity of services, most recently the fully fledged public relations agency RPR," says Alain Rizk, CEO of Rizk Group.
RPR offers a diverse list of skills in public relations services including editorial services, media relations, social media, corporate communications, product launches, events, issues and crisis management, public affairs, CSR programs, celebrity endorsement, amongst many others.
RPR's founding team has been recruited from within the Rizk Group as well as from the most prominent PR agencies in the region. The induction and training for the team was done both in Dubai and Beirut with a full program to invest in more advanced skills, giving the new startup a clear competitive edge far and above what is being currently offered in the Levant.
RPR's main task is not only to change the minimalist perception of PR as the service of providing accessibility and management of long lists of connections, but rather to highlight the quality of those connections and how they should be masterfully engaged to positively support a client. Mark Daou the managing partner of RPR said: "The path we aspire to runs further than doing a great job, we want to turn Lebanon into one of the key capitals of PR on this planet."
