Dubai – RIF Trust, part of the Latitude Group, an international leading residency and citizenship by investment advisory, expands to Nigeria. The company’s second major expansion in Africa addresses the rapidly increasing demand for residency and citizenship by investment from wealthy Nigerians at a time of travel uncertainty.

The new office will operate from the heart of Lagos, one of the most influential African financial centres and economic hubs.

Located on the 1st floor of the Wings Complex on Victoria Island, their modern office brings the international expertise and global presence of the RIF Trust team to Lagos, Nigeria. The office will provide premium local support to high-net-worth individuals and families interested in residency and citizenship by investment programmes.

Ranny Muasher is the Managing Director of the RIF Trust’s Nigeria office. With several years of international experience in residency and citizenship by investment, Ranny has helped hundreds of families across the Middle East and Africa pursue their ambitions and achieve their full potential. Ranny is a member of the Investment Migration Council, Regional Director of B2B – the Middle East and North Africa at RIF Trust, and Co-Founder of CART - Certified Agent of RIF Trust. This certification programme enables professionals from various industries to elevate their careers with up-to-date information and training about residency and citizenship by investment programmes.

Alongside Ranny, Teka Jibril, RIF Trust’s Regional Director, Citizenship & Residency (Africa), will head the new office. Hailing from Nigeria, Teka is a UK educated graduate with more than ten years of experience in real estate and investment markets. Teka will supervise all the regional operations and help to implement RIF Trust’s strategic global expansion plan.

Mimoun Assraoui, RIF Trust’s CEO and Latitude Group’s Vice Chairman, said, “we are thrilled to provide our clients and their families in Nigeria with global mobility. Our on-the-ground team will further support and guide our clients through the EU residency and second passport options that will allow them to be global citizens. I wish Ranny and Teka all the best and look forward to see them cultivate more success.”

Teka Jibril commented, “RIF Trust has been working with Nigerian clients for several years now, and this expansion will strengthen our presence and our assistance to those who are seeking life-changing solutions for themselves and their families through EU residency or a second citizenship by investment.”

RIF Trust is a government-approved partner for the world’s most powerful residency and citizenship by investment programmes, including Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, Vanuatu, Portugal, and Malta.
