Dubai, May 29, 2007: A revolutionary multilayer parking system was launched today to ease parking woes of motorists in the UAE. With this pioneering effort, the UAE will be able to accommodate 25 times the number of cars that it can currently park by having a multiple stacking matrix. Besides, due to the automated procedure of parking and retrieval of cars, the turnaround time will be reduced to 60 seconds leaving for more productive time and peace of mind for motorists.

Automated multilayer parking system is a new-age technology that enables automated parking and retrieving of cars using a complex computerised system that controls the movements of pallets, lifts and carriers. The moment a motorist leaves his / her car at the entrance of the multilayer parking system, the system automatically takes care of choosing the parking area and transports the vehicle horizontally or vertically to the designated slot. The same procedures are applied for retrieval.
