H.E. Yafea' Al Faraj , ARRA Executive Director , held a meeting with a Chinese delegation headed by Feng Lu, Director General of the Gulf-Chinese Trading Corporation, to review the real estate investment opportunities available in Ajman.
The delegation listened to a detailed explanation by H.E. Yafea' Al Faraj about the advantages of enjoyed by Ajman, and the real estate investment opportunities available in the freehold areas, especially in Emirates city, with its strategic location along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, in proximity to Dubai and Sharjah emirates, and on the possibility of constructing multiple uses real estate projects, including commercial, residential and hospitality projects, such as hotels and hotel apartments.
In his turn, Feng Lu, Director General of the Gulf-Chinese Trading Corporation, considered the meeting a valuable chance to explore the investment opportunities in Ajman, and to identify the main function of ARRA in regulating the freehold transactions. He also, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the senior management of ARRA, headed by H.H. Sheikh Abdul Aziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, and H.E. Yafea' Al Faraj for the transparency of the information and the provided investment opportunities.
