Raya International Services delivered the Oracle Applications Solution for National Société Générale Bank (NSGB), one of the largest private banks operating in Egypt with more than 140 branches. After a comprehensive study of NSGB's needs and requirements, Raya was able to automate NSGB's HR business process through Oracle Self Services Human Resources (HR).
Oracle Self-Service HR is part of the Oracle E-Business Suite, an integrated set of applications that are engineered to work together. Implementing Oracle Self-Service HR in NSGB has enabled its workforce to manage relates Human Resources information through interfaces personalized to their roles, on-line experience, work content and language. By allowing managers and employees to access and manage information and transactions in a paperless environment, the application increased employee satisfaction, reduced cycle time for their Human Resources service's requests and enhanced the Human Resources information accuracy and accessibility.
The first phase of the project included HR and payroll implementation which Raya's team of professionals managed to complete in a short span of time (nearly five months) , with minimum documentation and a comprehensive follow up after the launch.
