Khaled Rageh will ensure efficient operation of the hotel's front office

Ramada Downtown Dubai, located in Dubai's most prestigious and vibrant district, is delighted to officially announce the appointment of Khaled Rageh as Front Office Manager who will be responsible in ensuring efficient operation of the hotel's front office.

A graduate of Hotels Management, Mr. Rageh brings with him over 10 years of hospitality experience and has worked in several prestigious hospitality brands. Prior to his employment in Dubai, he assumed several hospitality positions in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt before moving to Dubai in 2002 as part of the pre-opening team of Safir International Hotels and Coral International Hotels.  He also joined Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa's pre-opening team as a Front Desk Manager and moved to Jebel Ali International Hotels at Oasis Beach Resort as Assistant Manager Front Office then he moved to Kempinski Hotel Mall of Emirates as Assistant Front Office Manager, Mr. Rageh continued his way up to success until he joined Ramada Downtown Dubai in 2011.

In his new role, Mr. Rageh will be in charge of supervising all front desk services and personnel to ensure guest receive prompt, efficient and personalized service. Part of his responsibility is to maintain a smooth relationship between the management and guests by attending to guest complaints, requests and enquiries.
