Dubai, UAE - Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman, a premier destination for business and leisure travellers, participated in the three-day STEP training organised by Wyndham Hotel Group in Doha, Qatar from 10th April to 12th April.

Attended by general managers from Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), the training was conducted by Susanne Unger Training Manger Wyndham EMEA; Michael Zager, Vice President Operations Wyndham EMEA; Hussein Kahil,  Director Operations and Support EMEA; and Jason Peddle, Director Hotel Technology Client Support. Marc Stanly, Vice President, Sales EMEA was one of the guest speakers.

Iftikhar Hamdani, Executive Assistant Manager, Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman expressed his appreciation to Wyndham for organizing such training in the region which he said was very helpful for the general managers in the Middle East. "PRM and STEP training will be very useful and will definitely help us to maximize revenue and increase brand awareness. It was a very good networking event and brought the General Managers working for one brand closer to each other," he added.
